2018 Pinot Noir

The 2018 vintage will be remembered for an exceptionally long, mild period of weather in late summer.

These conditions created a slow ripening period resulting in lively natural acid and beautifully ripe tannins in the fruit.

Our 2018 Pinot Noir is made with 100% estate grown fruit using 40% whole bunch ferment and extended lees maturation.

Created in a bright but savoury style it exhibits cherry and dark berry aromatics with a bold and textured palate.

2015 Pinot Noir - SOLD OUT

Winner of a Gold Medal with a score of 95 for Pinot Noir at the Royal Melbourne Wine Show.

Winner of both the Gold medal with a score of 96 and the Fagan Trophy for Best Pinot Noir at Show at the 2016 Australian Single Vineyard Wine Show.  

Vintage 2015 has proven to be all about balance.  Outstanding grape quality has been matched with good yields, mild temperatures with sufficient rain, and optimum sugar levels with beautifully ripe tannins.

Our 2015 Pinot Noir is made from 100% estate grown fruit using 20% whole bunch ferment and maturation on extended lees.

Created in a bright but savoury style it exhibits cherry and dark berry aromatics with a bold and textured plate.

2015 Sparkling Blanc De Noir

Made in the traditional method, this vintage 2015 sparkling displays aromas of strawberries and lifted floral notes.  The palate is elegant, with a soft creamy mousse, fine bead and crisp dry finish.  100% single vineyard Pinot noir - hand picked, whole bunch pressed and tirage bottled in June 2016.
